We offer three carefully selected menus for you to choose from; however we are happy to explore new ideas with you to create the perfect menu for your event.
We ask that you select one starter, one main and one dessert from our menus. We are happy to provide alternative meals for guests with special dietary requirements such as vegetarians, gluten free and allergies.
Children under 5 years eat free and a smaller portion of the chosen menu will be provided for children aged between 5 – 12 years which will be charged at half price.
For all of our Weddings we invite the Bride and Groom to join us at RKdia for a complimentary tasting session to help with making that final decision on menu choices.
We are happy to offer you and your guests a choice menu, there will be a surcharge of 20% and the choices will need to be pre ordered.
You can have a selection of up to 3 Starters, 3 Main Courses and 3 Deserts. All main courses will be accompanied by one choice of potato and vegetables.

We have a range of options for your arrival and reception drinks. We can advise you on the quantities needed for your event and for complete peace of mind all our drinks are offered on sale or return basis.
Want to supply your own drinks?
Not a problem. We are more than happy to advise you on quantities to buy; we will take care of chilling, transporting, garnishes, ice and service. At the end of your event we will dispose of empties, pack away remaining drinks and store them at RKdia for you to collect at a time convenient to you. For this facility we do administer a service charge per guest of £1.75 for arrival drinks and £1.25 main reception drinks to cover our staff, glass and handling costs.

Rkdia can tailor the bar service to suit you, we take care of all the arrangements for you and can provide you with a wide selection of beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks.
Run by our professional smartly uniformed staff, the bar is set up using our stylish freestanding units, Fridges and Draught Beer Machine and are dressed using professional bar kit including sundries such as straws, ice, lemons and limes. We also supply all the glasses (glass or plastic), insurance and we will take care of arranging a Temporary Events Licence.
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and we want to ensure your wedding runs exactly how you want. We will meet with you before your event to plan and run through all the details. On the day we will be responsible for liaising with the venue and other service providers and will be on site from start to finish.
